The pins are aligned, I use a micro scope and sowing needles (should see me shaking then). I get the CPU red light (constant)and 00 debug code. QCODE 00 cpu led For a couple of weeks I have found this code '00' on the QCODE with the LED fixed in red and with the PC that does not show signs of wanting to start, it makes several attempts before the LED switches to green, at least two or three times it turns off and turns on again until it starts up completely. There may be more things that cause code 00 but that's all I can think of off hand, if you have anything to add to the list besides a bios update that causes code 00 please feel free to add it. When I got it had five bent pins, fixed them. Make sure you have the 24pin connector and the 8pin power connector. When it's not POSTing, disconnect pretty much everything except CPU and memory, pull the board from the case, use the onboard video, and try booting up. It's not just one particular thing that can cause code 00 and can be tough to narrow down because the motherboard manual states code 00 is not used. Hardware involved is an Asus Maximus XI Extreme, Binned/Delidded 9900K from Silicon Lottery, new EK water block, EVGA 2080 ti, 2 1TB Samsung 970 Evo in Raid 0, Corsair DDR4 32GB Vengeance LED (temporary as I will be pulling the Trident Z RGB from my main rig), Asus Thor 1200W PSU, and a custom loop.
